The institution must develop “a carefully designed and focused course of action that addresses a well-defined issue or issues directly related to improving student learning.”
- The plan is based on a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the effectiveness of the learning environment.
- The plan is part of an ongoing planning and evaluation process.
- The QEP is intended to be customized and designed to meet the needs of the particular institution.
