A few weeks ago some of the folks in HR said they were going to start a “great gumbo quest.” I have to follow up with them to see how that’s going. But in the meantime, the Denton Record Chronicle wrote a nice article about Sonny’s, a local eatery with ties to UTMB that go back many decades and a few generations.
