Have you noticed that Microsoft Word omits the ‘Command-Shift-S’ keyboard shortcut for ‘Save As…’? You can easily rectify that oversight, and create/edit keyboard shortcuts for most any application, in Keyboard System Preferences. Apple has instructions here.
