Victory Lakes entrance at dusk
There’s no doubt that the main entrance at the Specialty Care Center at Victory Lakes is as dramatic as it beautiful. But, the entrance is a classic marriage of form and function, another example of thoughtful design contributing to a great patient experience. The eye-catching entrance allows patients to be dropped off or picked up literally at the facility’s front door, protected from harsh sun, rain or wind. It’s another small way we’ll be working to exceed our patients’ expectations.

Care Center. From the article: “In essence, it’s a high-expertise, one-stop-shop for Bay Area residents with medical conditions that may require surgery,” says Benkula. “Our new center will provide the ultimate in convenience for our patients while ensuring they receive the best physicians, specialists, services, treatment and technology available. Because UTMB is a university, many of our physicians are also faculty members and educators who are constantly learning while training future physicians. Seelbach joins Victory Lakes team

Victory Lakes Administration is happy to announce that Jesse Seelbach has joined our team. Jesse began working for UTMB in 1996. He worked for UT-MED Financial Services in various roles from 1996 to 2001, while attending the University of Houston–Clear Lake. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in HealthCare Administration in 2001. Upon graduating, Jesse was hired as a clinic manager for UTMB’s Geriatric Service Line, a Division of Internal Medicine. In 2005, Jesse began working as the operational projects & planning manager for Clinics Administration. Jesse’s duties included working on outpatient clinic expansions and renovations for both on and off-campus outpatient clinics in Galveston County. This May, Jesse is looking forward to completing work on his MBA. He will serve as project manager for the entire facility at Victory Lakes and we are excited to have him as a part of our management team.
